Sallie and I are going to see the other side of Australia. We visited in 1994 and saw most of the East side of the continent, traveling as far North as Cairns and out to Uluru (Ayers Rock). We also visited Sydney and rented a camper to see the South, traveling down to Canberra and Melbourne and then back North to Brisbane. We were going to visit Adelaide, but Sallie had a fall that broke her wrist and this changed our agenda. Sallie went back to Australia by herself in 2007 and visited Tasmania, Adelaide, and Perth.
This time, we're going to see the rest of the country, including Adelaide, Hobart, Melbourne, Darwin and Perth. We'll be gone for a month, beginning on May 9th and returning to home on June 11th, flying to Dallas by Southwest and then from DFW to LAX by American Airlines and on to Melbourne and Adelaide by Quantas. Our agenda is shown in the table below and you'll be able to follow along by clicking on the dates at the left. Once they have are underlined there will be pictures available for you to see what we've been up to.
